About

Welcome to
Pawsitive Effects, Inc.

Pawsitive Effects, Inc. is making a difference in the future of pets lives. Our non profit 501 (c) (3) organization is committed to finding permanent loving homes, promote  spay and neuter, pet adoption, animal welfare, pet retention, pet resources and assist local non profit pet rescues and shelters in Highlands and Hardee County, Florida.  The money we raise through our annual Barktoberfest Pet Adoption and Fundraiser Event helps supports the costs involved in treating the sick, helping the injured, feeding the hungry, and providing shelter for the homeless.

Our Goal is to help local rescues vet, rehabilitate, and prepare these animals for forever homes. Since the inception of our organization in 2015 we have raised just over $200,000.00. 100% of our donations are allocated to qualified non-profit organizations that meet a strict criteria in helping animals.

We are very proud to have assisted in hundreds of animals finding a place they can finally call home.  This is no small task and we could not do it without the support of the many businesses, organizations, and residents that have trusted us to make a difference one animal at a time.  There is never a shortage of animals in need and we know that we may not be able to help them all.

Our wish is maybe one day we won't have to.

Thank you for giving us the chance to make a PAWsitive Effect!
